  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • pumpkin
  • Crisco - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • chocolate chips optional - 1 pkg

How to make pumpkin cookies:

Mix first 6 ingredients all together. Mix all dry ingredients together. Combine all ingredients together. Drop by tablespoon. Bake at 350° for 10 to 11 minutes.
