  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 4 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • raisins - 2 c
  • Crisco - 2 c
  • allspice - 1/2 tsp

How to make pumpkin cookies:

Mix all ingredients together. Drop from a spoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.
