Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 4 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 2 c
- margarine
- quick oats - 2 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies:
Combine flour, oats, soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. Cream margarine and gradually add sugars. Beat until light. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Alternate additions of dry ingredients and pumpkin. Stir in chocolate chips. Use ice cream scoop or 1/4 cup measure to drop dough onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes (until firm).
