Pumpkin cheesecake bars
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 4 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin cheesecake bars:
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large mixer bowl on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of a 15 x 10-inch pan; set aside. In a large mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk, then add remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, 2 teaspoons spice and salt; mix well. Pour over crust; sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Chill. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
