Pumpkin cheesecake bars
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 4 tsp
- margarine or butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 oz
- can pumpkin about 2 c - 1 oz
- pound cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make pumpkin cheesecake bars:
Heat oven to 350°. In large mixing bowl on low speed, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15 x 10-inch pan.In large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk, then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice and salt; mix well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with nuts. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill and cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
