- sugar
- pkg - 4 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- large eggs - 5 item
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 Tbsp
- can pumpkin plain - 1 lb
How to make pumpkin cheesecake:
Butter a 10-inch springform pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, pumpkin and spice. Bake at 325° for 1 hour 30 minutes. Decorate top with whip cream and candied walnuts.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Eggs/dairy.
