Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
  • sugar
  • pkg - 4 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • large eggs - 5 item
  • pumpkin pie spice - 2 Tbsp
  • can pumpkin plain - 1 lb

How to make pumpkin cheesecake:

Butter a 10-inch springform pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, pumpkin and spice. Bake at 325° for 1 hour 30 minutes. Decorate top with whip cream and candied walnuts.
