- cinnamon - 1 item
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 Tbsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- cooked pumpkin
- box pound cake mix - 1 item
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Add slightly beaten eggs. Add sweetened condensed milk. Cut up cream cheese and add to batter. Use electric beater until cheese blends in. Add pumpkin and pumpkin spice; blend well.Pour into cake sheet pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon before baking. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°. Bake, until knife comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
