Pumpkin cheese cake
Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
- sugar
- cinnamon
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- large eggs - 6 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- soft butter - 2 tsp
- finely chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- softened cream cheese - 32 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Mix butter, crumbs and pecans; press over bottom of pan. Refrigerate. Mix at high speed cream cheese and pumpkin; fold in remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over graham layer. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 320°. Turn oven off, open door and let set 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature.
