Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 1/4 c
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • large eggs - 6 item
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • soft butter - 2 tsp
  • finely chopped pecans - 1/4 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • softened cream cheese - 32 oz
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz

How to make pumpkin cheese cake:

Mix butter, crumbs and pecans; press over bottom of pan. Refrigerate. Mix at high speed cream cheese and pumpkin; fold in remaining ingredients; blend well. Pour over graham layer. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 320°. Turn oven off, open door and let set 1/2 hour. Remove from oven and let cool at room temperature. Serve when cool or chill.
