- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1 tsp
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- finely chopped nuts - 1 c
- pumpkin pie filling - 2/3 c
- Top with nuts
How to make pumpkin cake roll:
Spread batter evenly in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Top with nuts. Bake in a 375° oven for 15 minutes. Turn out on towel sprinkled with sifted confectioners sugar and starting at narrow end, roll cake and towel together; cool on rack.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 15 mins.
