  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • finely chopped nuts - 1 c
  • pumpkin pie filling - 2/3 c
  • Top with nuts

How to make pumpkin cake roll:

Spread batter evenly in greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan. Top with nuts. Bake in a 375° oven for 15 minutes. Turn out on towel sprinkled with sifted confectioners sugar and starting at narrow end, roll cake and towel together; cool on rack.
