Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar
How to make pumpkin cake roll:
Filling:1 c. powdered sugar6 oz. cream cheese4 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs; add sugar and stir in pumpkin. Add rest of ingredients. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn over on towel, sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll up (jelly roll fashion) and let cool.Mix filling; unroll cake and spread filling on roll. Re-roll and chill for 3 to 5 hours. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and serve.
