  • soda - 2 tsp
  • pumpkin
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1/2 item
  • corn oil
  • Philadelphia cream cheese

How to make pumpkin cake:

Icing:8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese1/2 box powdered sugar1/2 stick butter1/2 c. chopped nuts Sift together sugar, flour, salt, soda and cinnamon, then add oil, pumpkin and eggs. Beat and bake about 1 hour at 350°. Ice when cooled.
