Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• salt - 2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• water - 2/3 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• pumpkin - 2 c
• shortening - 2/3 c
• nuts - 2/3 c
• raisins
• ground cloves - 1/2 tsp

How to make pumpkin cake:

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and ground cloves. Add water, shortening, pumpkin and eggs. Beat thoroughly, then add nuts and raisins. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
