  • cream cheese
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • stick margarine room temperature - 1 item
  • pumpkin, cooked - 2 c

How to make pumpkin cake:

Icing:3 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine (room temperature)1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Cream together, then add dry ingredients; mix well. Bake at 350° for 55 minutes. Let stand in pan 10 minutes. Turn upside-down on plate. Spread icing on completely cool cake.
