- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- In a large bowl, cream the eggs, sugar and oil
How to make pumpkin cake:
Mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. In a large bowl, cream the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix the dry ingredients and creamed mixture together. Add flour mixture slowly to this mixture. Add the pumpkin to the previous mixture. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 35 minutes at 350°.Frosting:1/2 c. butter8 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Cream together; spread on cool cake.
