Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oil
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Icing:1 box sifted powdered sugar
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:1 box sifted powdered sugar1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 Tbsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped nuts Cake: Sift dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour tube or oblong cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool cake completely before icing!Icing: Mix all ingredients (except nuts) with mixer until smooth. Ice cake and top with nuts.
