Pumpkin cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• stick margarine - 1 item
• oil
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• plain flour - 2 c
• can pumpkin - 1 oz
• Icing:1 box sifted powdered sugar

How to make pumpkin cake:

Icing:1 box sifted powdered sugar1 stick margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 Tbsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped nuts Cake: Sift dry ingredients; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour tube or oblong cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool cake completely before icing!

Icing: Mix all ingredients (except nuts) with mixer until smooth. Ice cake and top with nuts.
