- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- salad oil - 1 c
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- Sift dry ingredients; add to oil mixture and beat 2 minutes
How to make pumpkin cake:
Beat eggs, sugar and oil until oil is dissolved. Sift dry ingredients; add to oil mixture and beat 2 minutes. Add pumpkin and nuts. Mix well. Use 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.Icing:1 box powdered sugar1 stick butter or margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Blend all together.
