eggs - 4 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
pkg - 1 oz
salt - 1 tsp
chopped nuts - 1 c
flour - 2 c
soda - 2 tsp
baking powder - 1 tsp
pumpkin - 2 c
salad oil - 1 c
stick butter or margarine - 1 item
Sift dry ingredients; add to oil mixture and beat 2 minutes

How to make pumpkin cake:

Beat eggs, sugar and oil until oil is dissolved. Sift dry ingredients; add to oil mixture and beat 2 minutes. Add pumpkin and nuts. Mix well. Use 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until done.Icing:1 box powdered sugar1 stick butter or margarine1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Blend all together. Spread on cooled cake.
