Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- flour, plain - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- box confectioners sugar
- butter - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make pumpkin cake:
Icing:1 lb. box confectioners sugar1/2 c. butter8 oz. cream cheese2 tsp. vanilla Combine sugar and eggs. Add oil. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix well. Add pumpkin. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.Icing: Blend butter, sugar and cheese. Add vanilla. Ice warm cake.
