Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
- salad oil - 2/3 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- can pumpkin 2 c - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin bread:
Day before serving: Grease 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flour with next 7 ingredients using a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Turn batter into pans. Bake 1 hour at 350° or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely.
