Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- chopped walnuts
- cooking oil - 1 c
- beaten eggs - 4 item
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin bread:
Combine all dry ingredients. Stir in beaten eggs, oil, water and vanilla. Mix in canned pumpkin, dates and nuts. Stir until smooth textured. Pour into four 7 x 3 x 2-inch loaf pans or two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans, greased. Bake at 350° for 55 minRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Vegetables.
