Pumpkin bread



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- flour
- water - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- salad oil
- salt optional
How to make pumpkin bread:
Wet Ingredients:1 c. salad oil2/3 c. water4 eggs2 c. pumpkin Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. Mix together all other wet ingredients in smaller bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the liquid ingredients in. Mix well, scraping bottom. Pour evenly into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
