  • sugar - 3 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour
  • water - 2/3 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • salad oil
  • salt optional

How to make pumpkin bread:

Wet Ingredients:1 c. salad oil2/3 c. water4 eggs2 c. pumpkin Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Set aside. Mix together all other wet ingredients in smaller bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour the liquid ingredients in. Mix well, scraping bottom. Pour evenly into 3 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Makes 7 baby size bread loaves or 3 large bread pans.
