Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- tsp salt - 3/4 item
- tsp baking powder - 1/2 item
- tsp cinnamon - 1 item
- c vegetable oil - 1/2 item
- tsp baking soda - 1 item
- c water - 1/2 item
- tsp nutmeg - 1/2 item
- tsp ground cloves - 1/4 item
- 1/2 c sugar - 1 item
- c chopped walnuts - 1/2 item
- 2/3 c all purpose flour - 1 item
- c cooked or canned pumpkin - 1 item
- c chopped raisins or dried cranberries - 1/4 item
How to make pumpkin bread:
Combine sugar, pumpkin, oil, water and eggs. Beat well. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to the pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour mixture into a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 65 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
