Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- cinnamon
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 2/3 c
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- nuts, 1/2 c
- Add oil, eggs, water, pumpkin, vanilla and fruit
How to make pumpkin bread:
Sift dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, water, pumpkin, vanilla and fruit. Mix well with a fork. After mixed thoroughly, put in stem pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. I always test with a toothpick to see if done. Pour glaze over cake while it's still hot, after taken from the oven.Glaze:1/2 c. fruit juice1/2 c. white sugar1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick butter Cook at pretty high speed 5 minutes, slow speed 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Vegetables.
