Ingredients/Components
- can pumpkin 2 c - 1 oz
- oil - 1 c
- sugar - 3 c
- water - 3/4 c
- nuts - 1 c
- flour
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
How to make pumpkin bread:
Mix pumpkin, oil, water, eggs and sugar together. In separate bowl, measure out flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour mixture into 4 medium size pans; spray pans with Pam or grease and flour first. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool in pans for 15 to 20 minutes.
