Puffy omelet
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- water - 4 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 4 item
- egg whites - 4 item
- butter or oleo - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make puffy omelet:
Preheat oven to 350°. Beat egg whites and water until stiff, not dry. Combine egg yolks, salt and pepper. Beat until thick. Gently fold yolk mixture into whites.Melt fat (oleo or butter) in large frypan. Place in oven and bake until top of omelet springs back when touched, 15 minutes. Fold half of omelet over other half and serve immediately.
