Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder
- sifted flour - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- ground cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
How to make puffy french toast:
Sift together dry ingredients. Blend milk and egg. Add to flour mixture and beat until smooth. Dip bread slices into batter, turning to coat sides evenly.
