  • cinnamon - 1/4 t
  • salt - 1/4 t
  • brown sugar - 2 T
  • all purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • skim milk - 1/2 c
  • melted reduced fat butter - 2 T
  • large beaten eggs - 2 item
  • peeled, cored, and slice apple - 1 item

How to make puffy apple oven pancake:

Grease a 9 inch pie plate with 2 T. of melted butter. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on melted butter. Arrange the apple slices uniformly in butter. Mix remaining ingredients just until moistened and pour over apple mixture. Bake at 400 degr
