Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 t
- salt - 1/4 t
- brown sugar - 2 T
- all purpose flour - 1/2 c
- skim milk - 1/2 c
- melted reduced fat butter - 2 T
- large beaten eggs - 2 item
- peeled, cored, and slice apple - 1 item
How to make puffy apple oven pancake:
Grease a 9 inch pie plate with 2 T. of melted butter. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on melted butter. Arrange the apple slices uniformly in butter.
