- flour
- butter, softened - 3/4 c
- chopped walnuts
- small boxes instant chocolate pudding - 2 item
- milk - 3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
How to make pudding cake:
Combine flour, butter and 1 1/4 cups chopped walnuts; mix well. Bake in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until light. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk; beat until thick. Spread on cream cheese layer.
