Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- Hershey bar - 1 item
- chocolate pudding mix
- 4th Layer: Cool Whip, Dream Whip or whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
How to make pudding cake:
2nd Layer:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 c. Cool Whip1 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar 3rd Layer:1 small and 1 large pkg. chocolate pudding mix3 3/4 c. milk 4th Layer: Cool Whip, Dream Whip or whipping cream, whipped and sweetened Hershey bar First Layer: Cut margarine into flour until fine. Add salt and nuts. Press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Cook 20 minutes at 350°.Second Layer: Beat all ingredients until smooth; spread on 1st layer.
Third Layer: Add milk to pudding mix and cook until thick. Cool. Spread on 2nd layer.
Fourth Layer: Top with desired topping. Grate chocolate Hershey bar on top. Let set in refrigerator overnight.
Note: Looks good for Christmastime.
