Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 2 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- cold milk - 3 c
- flour self-rising
How to make pudding cake:
Mix the first 4 ingredients and cook 15 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar and add to first layer. Mix pudding and milk and add to first and second layers. Then top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with graham crackRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Weeknight.
