Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- corn syrup - 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- allspice - 1 tsp
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- jars junior prunes - 2 item
- Pour into either a Bundt pan or an 11 x 9-inch pan
How to make prune cake:
Mix with beaters until well mixed. Pour into either a Bundt pan or an 11 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, depending on pan size.Icing:1 c. sugar1 Tbsp. corn syrup1/2 c. buttermilk1/2 tsp. soda1 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla Cook all, except vanilla, to soft ball stage.
