Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
- strawberry Jell-O
- finely chopped pretzels - 2 c
- can drained, crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, sugar and butter. Pour in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 7 minutes and cool. Blend cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until smooth. Add Cool Whip. Spread on cooled layer of crust.Make strawberry Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries to Jell-O and allow to set awhile. Then add drained pineapple and spread this on top of cream mixture. Refrigerate.
