Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 6 oz
- container Cool Whip - 1 item
- hot pineapple juice - 2 c
- crushed pretzels
- 1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Combine 1/4 cup of sugar, crushed pretzels and melted oleo. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool.Blend cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over cooled pretzel crust.
Mix hot pineapple juice and Jell-O together (do not use water). Mix frozen strawberries into Jell-O mixture when cool, but not set. Pour over cream cheese. Put in fridge.
