Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted margarine - 3/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- strawberry Jell-O
- pretzels, crushed - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix together pretzels, margarine and sugar. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on pretzel layer. Chill. Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes. When partially set, pour on top of Cool Whip in pan.
