- Cool Whip - 2 c
- pineapple juice - 2 c
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Middle Layer:8 oz. cream cheese2 c. Cool Whip1 c. sugar Top Layer:2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries2 c. pineapple juice1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin Crust: Mix together and spread in 9 x 13-inch greased pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool completely.Middle Layer: Mix all ingredients and spread over crust.
Top Layer: Heat pineapple juice and dissolve gelatin in it; add strawberries. Refrigerate until thickened; spread over cheese layer.
