Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg - 2 oz
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- hot water - 2 c
- melted oleo - 1/3 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- crushed pretzels
- frozen strawberries, undrained - 16 oz
How to make pretzel salad:
In a small bowl mix pretzels, sugar and oleo. Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cool. Then mix cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar together. Spread this over your pretzel crust. Then dissolve your jello in the hot water; stir in frozen berries and mix in pineapple. When partially set, pour over the top of other two layers.
