- cream cheese - 1 (8
- pkg - 2 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- strawberry jello - 1 or
- melted oleo - 3/4 c
- partly crushed pretzels - 2 c
How to make pretzel salad:
Bake first 3 ingredients, mixed, in 13 x 10-inch dish in a 400° oven for 8 minutes; cool. Soften cream cheese; blend with 1 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip. Spread on cooled pretzel bottom and refrigerate. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add strawberries. Let set 10 to 15 minutes until it starts to jell.
