- granulated sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 to
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- butter at room temperature
- dry active yeast - 1 pkg
- coarse or kosher salt - 1 item
- beaten egg at room temperature - 1/2 item
How to make pretzel rolls:
Place water in electric mixer bowl. Sprinkle in yeast; stir until dissolved. Add sugar, salt, butter, 1/2 beaten egg and 1 1/2 cups flour. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
