Pretzel jello salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- margarine - 3/4 c
- hot water - 2 c
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- dash of lemon juice - 1 item
- coarsely chopped pretzels
- frozen strawberries 20 oz - 2 pkg
How to make pretzel jello salad:
Mix together the pretzels, sugar and margarine. Spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool. Mix cheese and 1 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip and dash of lemon juice. Put in refrigerator 2 hours.Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add partially thawed strawberries. Let set awhile, then spread on the cream cheese layer.
