  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • melted margarine - 3/4 c
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • strawberry jello
  • crushed pretzels - 2 c

How to make pretzel jello:

Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400°. (Do not overbake.) Cool.

Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip and spread on cooled pretzels.

Mix jello with 2 cups of boiling water and then add strawberries. Let stand 10 minutes to thaw strawberries. Pour on cream cheese. Cover and serve the same day.
