Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- melted butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- frozen strawberries - 20 oz
- pretzels - 2 c
How to make pretzel jello:
Crush pretzels (not too fine). Add melted butter or margarine and sugar. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Cool.Beat cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel crust. Dissolve strawberry jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add strawberries. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, then stir to break up strawberries. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set.
