Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- block butter - 1/2 item
- cream Pet milk - 1/2 c
How to make pralines:
Mix sugars and cream together; cook on medium heat until soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla; stir until melted. Add pecans. Spoon on waxed paper or spread on buttered plate. Soft ball stage is reached when you drop a spoonful into a cup of cold water and it forms a soft ball.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
