- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- pkg
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar
- evaporated milk - 2/3 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- jar caramel topping - 1 item
How to make praline cheesecake:
Crust:1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs1/4 c. sugar1/4 c. finely chopped pecans1/4 c. butter, melted Filling:3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 1/5 c. brown sugar2/3 c. evaporated milk2 Tbsp. flour1 1/2 tsp. vanilla3 eggs Combine all ingredients for crust and press into a greased 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 300° for 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients for filling except eggs and blend well. Add eggs, one at a time, blending well after each. Pour into crust. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
