Ingredients/Components

  • clove garlic, finely minced - 1 item
  • corn chips - 1 item
  • 1-16 oz can refried beans
  • c provolone cheese, shredded - 1/2 item
  • T butter or margarine optional - 2 item
  • T onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • 2-3 T chili powder

How to make prairie fire dip:

Combine all ingredients except the corn chips in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Serve warm with corn chips. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
