Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 5 item
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• Crisco - 1/2 c
• cake flour
• butternut flavoring - 2 Tbsp
• sticks oleo or butter - 2 item
• canned milk add water to make 1 c - 3/4 c

How to make pound cake:

Cream oleo, Crisco and add sugar. Add one egg at a time. Add flour, salt and milk. Put in cold oven. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 325°. Do not open oven until done. Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan.
