Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- eggs, separated - 4 item
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil
- self-rising flour
- crushed pineapple 8 oz - 1 c
How to make pound cake:
Combine flour, sugar, oil, egg yolks, pineapple cinnamon and nutmeg in large bowl. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Fold in pecans. Pour into a 10-inch tube pan.
