  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • self-rising flour - 3 c
  • almond - 1 tsp
  • sticks butter - 3 item

How to make pound cake:

Mix sugar and butter at low speed. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour, little at a time. Add flavoring; bake 1 hour at 350° in tube pan, greased and floured. Reduce heat to 300° and bake 15 minutes longer. Do not open oven during the entire baking time.
