Ingredients/Components
- cake flour Swans Down - 3 c
- sugar - 3 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 6 item
How to make pound cake:
Sift flour one time. Mix butter, margarine, vanilla and sugar. Beat in 1 egg at a time while you sift in the flour. (The batter will be very thick. You will have to spoon batter into pan.) Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
