  • baking powder - 3/4 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • sifted flour - 3 c
  • lemon - 1 tsp
  • salt cut down if you use butter - 3/4 tsp

How to make pound cake:

Mix together. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°.
