- sugar - 3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- plain flour - 3 c
- eggs room temperature - 5 item
How to make pound cake:
Cream margarine and sugar; add oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add flour and baking powder alternately with milk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/4 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
