- sugar
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- Crisco - 1 c
How to make pound cake:
Cream together salt, Crisco, and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour; add gradually to mixture; add vanilla. Beat well and bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
